My name is Kelly and I'm the founder of Starting Off Fresh!​ 

 

I started SOF after recovering from an eating disorder that captured over 10 years of my life. I am here regaining and expertly crafting my passion for culinary art and now sharing it with you!​ I hope to inspire and help others who are also struggling with addiction and being able to "start off fresh"! ​Learn more here!​​
